A clearer calendar
A horizontal grid, grouped rooms and occupancy, rate and status indicators to make daily operations easier to read.
UX/UI redesign of a hotel calendar to make bookings, availability and occupancy clearer across desktop and mobile.

Redforts is a hotel management platform used by independent hotels and small chains. Its original calendar had dense information, weak visual hierarchy and no dedicated mobile experience. The challenge was to reorganize it while preserving its functionality and existing user habits.
I analyzed the existing product and five competing platforms, explored solutions through wireframes and developed high-fidelity designs in Figma. The proposal evolved through feedback from the Redforts team and input from development.
A horizontal grid, grouped rooms and occupancy, rate and status indicators to make daily operations easier to read.
Quick booking previews, creation from available cells and a tabbed detail modal for managing reservations.
Switching between the new horizontal layout and the familiar vertical view preserves established workflows.
Filters, compact cards and touch-friendly forms for checking and managing bookings on a phone.
A desktop and mobile design proposal, with reusable components and documented decisions to guide implementation.
