Controller and contact
Juan Camilo Gutierrez is responsible for processing personal data submitted through this portfolio. I personally receive and manage enquiries. For privacy matters, contact juancatierrez@gmail.com. Data I receive
The form requests your name, email address and message. I may also receive professional information you choose to include about potential work, collaboration or a project. Do not include passwords, banking details, identity documents or sensitive information.
How I use your data
I use your data to answer your enquiry, assess potential work or projects, prepare proposals and follow up on our conversation. I do not sell your data or use it for newsletters or unsolicited advertising. If we enter into a service agreement, I will inform you of any additional processing needed to manage that relationship.
Voluntary submission
By ticking the form checkbox, you give prior, express and informed consent to process your name, email and message to answer enquiries and manage potential work or projects through the providers described here. Consent is voluntary and required to submit this form. You may withdraw it by contacting me, subject to legal or contractual retention obligations.
Providers and recipients
The form uses Web3Forms to process submissions and deliver them by email. Email providers also handle receipt and storage of our conversation. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses infrastructure across regions, so submissions may involve international processing. Its policy describes retention, subprocessors and applicable safeguards.

I retain information while it is needed to handle your enquiry and follow-up. Once no longer needed, it must be deleted unless a legal obligation or justified need to address claims requires retention. Web3Forms sets its own retention periods, available in its policy.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, updates, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, withdraw consent or object to processing. Email juancatierrez@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy”, your request and the email address used to contact me. I will only request information needed to verify your identity. Requests will be handled within applicable legal deadlines; rights may be limited by legal obligations. You may contact the competent data protection authority. You may also request proof of consent and information about how your data is used, free of charge. Access enquiries are answered within 10 business days of receipt, extendable by 5; complaints within 15 business days starting the day after receipt, extendable by 8. Any extension will be explained with a response date. After first addressing your enquiry or complaint to me, you may lodge a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
Preferences and external services
The site stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser settings. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection data such as your IP address. Linked websites have their own privacy policies.
Policy updates
This policy will be updated if the form, providers or purposes change. Material changes will be communicated where required by law, and fresh consent will be requested where necessary.
